Hello and welcome to Nautilus CDM Consultant and Principal Designer

Our core purpose is to assist Clients, Designers and Principal Contractors by acting as CDM consultant and managing their obligations under CDM Regulations.

We can also act as CDM Principal Designer or in a CDM Principal Designer advisory / consultant role.

Our office is based outside Cambridge and most of our clients are in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and Hertfordshire.

It may be possible to coordinate your CDM 2015 requirements in-house. However, for many this means having to remove team members from other tasks which may not be practical, nor make financial sense. We want you to concentrate on what you do best.

With over 35 years construction and health and safety experience we have a practical understanding of what’s required. Hence we offer a ‘real life’, hassle-free approach, protecting your team and reputation by ensuring CDM obligations are met.

“Our flexible fixed-fee packages are designed to fit your exact requirements – the best service for the best price”

Your commitment to CDM legislation and health and safety in general will ensure the well being of your team and sub-contractors. In a world where corporate social responsibility is becoming increasingly important, your clients and prospective clients will want to see that you’re taking health and safety seriously.

“We’ll make it as easy as possible for you – support from conception to completion”

If necessary, we can produce the Construction Phase Plan and/or Health and Safety File for your project. This can be undertaken separately or form part of an individual CDM Consultant package.

We also offer a full range of health, safety and environmental advice, management and training. Please contact us for further information.

Make life easy!

CDM Regulations can be looked upon as a necessary evil but must be taken seriously. Do you have the time and resources to manage this part of the project?

Save time

Allowing us to advise on and/or manage your CDM 2015 obligations will free up you and your team and allow you to concentrate on what you do best.

Save money

Taking team members off the job in hand to research, coordinate and manage your CDM 2015 obligations will inevitably have financial implications.

Compliance

Of course health and safety exists to prevent injury and potential fatalities. However, failure to comply can destroy your reputation and your pocket.
