Hello and welcome to Nautilus CDM Management.

Our core purpose is to assist Clients, Principal Designers, Principal Contractors and Self Builders by advising on and managing their obligations under CDM Regulations.  We are also able to act as Principal Designer.

Based outside Cambridge, most of our clients are in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and Hertfordshire.  However, we have a network of Consultants and Advisors across the UK.

It may be possible to coordinate your CDM 2015 requirements in-house.  However, for many this means having to remove team members from other tasks, and this doesn’t always make financial sense.  We want you to concentrate on what you do best.

We are able to produce your Construction Phase Plan and/or Health and Safety FileThis can be undertaken separately or form part of your individual package.
