Under the CDM 2015 Regulations, a Client is defined as any individual or organisation commissioning a construction project.

As a client, you hold ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, including health, safety, and legal compliance. While the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor provide crucial support at different project stages, the Client ultimately remains accountable.

2. CDM Advisory for Principal Designers & Clients
   If you’ve already appointed a Principal Designer, we can still support you. We combine our CDM Advisory package for Clients with our CDM Advisory package for Principal Designers, ensuring alignment across all duty holders.
3. CDM Client Advisory (Standalone Service)
   We offer a dedicated, standalone CDM Client Advisory package, ensuring you meet all your obligations under CDM 2015.
